We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Cooling-off period (your legal right)
In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your online order within 7 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without penalty — provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Contact us at info@theredsealartisan.co.za to arrange this.
Standard returns
Outside the cooling-off period, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@theredsealartisan.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Change of mind: return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
Faulty or incorrect item received: we cover return shipping and will replace or refund in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Items showing signs of use, missing original packaging, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund unless faulty.
